A
Adapters / Charging cables – Power adapters and phone charging cables are available at the reception.
Allergy-friendly rooms – If you require an allergy-friendly room and/or bedding, please inform us at least one day prior to your arrival.
Arrival – Your room will be available from 2:00 PM.

Baby cots – We are happy to provide one free of charge per room. Please indicate your request when booking.
Bacchus Spa – Our wellness area in the basement. Sauna and steam bath are heated daily from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Bathroom stool – If required, please inform us when booking or at reception.
Bathrobe – Available at reception for a fee of €3.00 for the entire stay.
Bicycle garage – Located in the inner courtyard and accessible with your room key. Charging points for e-bikes are available.
Bus stop – Schwangau B17 (Rathaus), approx. 100 meters from the hotel. Timetables are available on the information screen at reception.

Communication – The in-room telephone is for internal use. Mobile phones can be provided upon request.
Cosmetics – Please arrange appointments via reception. The beautician operates independently and payment is made directly in cash.
Credit cards – We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and EC cards.

Departure – On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM for cleaning.

Fax – €0.20 per page (domestic), €0.50 per page (international).
Foot care – Currently only available at the Königliche Kristalltherme.

Garage – €10.00 per day. Please reserve in advance.

Information – Our reception team will be happy to assist you with planning your stay. Current events are displayed on the notice board next to the breakfast room. Further information is available at the Tourist Information in the Schlossbrauhaus (approx. 350 meters away).

Laundry service – Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe. Please place them visibly in the morning. Return by 6:00 PM. Cost: approx. €10.00–€30.00.
Linen change – Daily bed linen change available upon request for €10.00 per day.
Lounge – Located on the ground floor in the area of rooms 35–41, with access to the lawn and terrace offering a castle view.
Luggage service – We are happy to assist you with your luggage. Please contact reception.
Luggage storage – You may safely store your luggage at reception on your departure day.

Massage bed “Medi-Stream” – Located in the wellness area. Credit cards for use are available at reception for a fee.
Massages – Please arrange appointments via reception. The therapist operates independently and payment is made directly in cash.

Newspapers – Regional daily newspaper available in the breakfast room or entrance area. Additional selection available Monday to Saturday in the supermarket opposite.

Photocopies – €0.20 per copy at reception.
Pillows – Additional or allergy-friendly pillows are available upon request at reception (dial 200).
Post office – Located in the Feneberg supermarket opposite the hotel.

Reception – Open daily from 7:00 AM; in winter until 9:30 PM, in summer until 10:00 PM. Extension 200.
Restaurant – “Wirtshaus im Weinbauer” (run by the Egger family), internal extension 191, external: +49 9861 91. Opening hours vary seasonally; regular closing days are usually Wednesday and Thursday. Please note that restaurant bills cannot be charged to your room.

Safe – Valuables can be stored free of charge at reception.
Sauna – In the Bacchus Spa, heated daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Earlier times are possible in bad weather upon request.
Sewing kit – Available free of charge at reception.
Shoe cleaning – Equipment and machine available in the lounge area (rooms 35–42).
Slippers / Bath shoes – Available at reception for €3.00.
Sports equipment – We are happy to assist you in organizing rental equipment (e.g. skis, bicycles, e-bikes, clothing).
Steam bath – Located in our Bacchus Spa, heated daily from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Thermal bath tickets – Discounted tickets for the Kristalltherme Schwangau are available at reception (cash payment).
Thermal baths – The Königliche Kristalltherme at the spa park (approx. 1 km away) offers a wide range of cosmetic treatments and massages.
Ticket service – Tickets for the castles can be reserved online. Strongly recommended on weekends and between May and November.
Toiletries – Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. are available at reception.
Towel change – For fresh towels, please place the used ones in the sink or shower.

Umbrellas – Available free of charge at reception, subject to availability.

Wake-up service – Please inform reception of your preferred time.
Washing machine – Key available at reception. Washing and drying each cost €4.00 (4 × €1 coins).
Wellness – Sauna and steam bath available daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, earlier upon request.
Whirlpool – Located in the Bacchus Spa. Operated with 3 × €1 coins. Freshly filled for each use and cleaned after 15 minutes. Additives available free of charge at reception.
